Polar Fist Event Refund Policy

The Event and Resort have different cancellation policies please check with the resort for the latest policy.

You may request a refund 30 days prior to the event by emailing ffun@peachpals.social. Request must be received by midnight EST Jan 26tn, 2026. processing fees are non-refundable.

If requesting a refund 29 days to 7 days from the event we will issue a credit for a future event good for 1 year.

There are no refunds 7 days prior to the event.
